JD Wilkes of the Legendary Shack Shakers makes a stop at the Rusty Barrel

On Veterans Day, JD Wilkes of the Legendary Shack Shack Shakers made a special appearance at the Rusty Barrel, November 12th. The show was inspired by the already supportive owner, Terri Byrd of the Rusty Barrel. The Rusty Barrel has all flags representing the complete line of American forces on their deck daily. The Rusty Barrel is no stranger when it comes supporting America’s troops and veterans. Despite the rain and terrible weather, the intimate show brought out some local celebrities including Rod Hamdallah, current lead guitarist for the Legendary Shack Shakers. Also in the audience were Andrea Colburn and Mud Mosely, recent recipients of the Ameripolitan Award and Best Americana Band in the Ink n Oil awards.
